VIEW ALL PROPERTIESWe are Barry and Jo and we have an amazing collection of Cotswold holiday lodges on Cotswold Water Park near the old Roman town of Cirencester with most of them dog friendly.
We’ve been coming to this beautiful area for many years and about 5 years ago we decided to make the move permanent. We set up our company in 2018, starting with our own holiday home on Windrush lake but as you can see from our portfolio now, we have grown quite considerably!
During the pandemic we set up our sister company, The Laundry Hub, to compliment our services and it provides our lodges with cleaning, laundry and maintenance including hot tub management and window cleaning
Both of us coming from a corporate background our new life couldn’t be more different.
Both of us enjoying travel, spending 12 months travelling around the world ending up in New Zealand for Christmas and New Year and then working our way up to Hawaii and North, Central and South America. We still spend any spare time we have travelling to our favourite spots but we always love coming back to the place we call our home.
So we think we know what it takes to get a place right for our wonderful guests but we are always learning!
This couldn’t happen without our fantastic team which is growing year by year. Unlike many of the larger companies selling holiday lets, we, and our team, know all of our properties intimately because we provide the full service from cleaning and hosting through to managing the hot tubs, the plants on the decking and even cleaning the windows! Jo, Adele, Meg and Tash are the last ones to visit your holiday lodge just before you get there to make sure the place is perfect for your stay – you may even bump into one of them on your way in!

The Cotswolds is famous as an area of outstanding natural beauty complete with rolling hills, picture-perfect villages and honey-coloured cottages. It’s not all tea rooms and rambles however (although there’s no shortage of either of those life-affirming pastimes). A glimpse behind the traditional chintz reveals a vibrant cultural scene with the world-class Cheltenham Festivals of literature, music and science; award-winning theatre and galleries throughout the region; adrenalin-fuelled adventure on the Cotswold lakes; great shopping; gourmet food; and vibrant bars. All surrounded by the most beautiful countryside and the healing majesty of nature.
This is our neighbourhood. So whether you want a dog-friendly holiday with lots of walks ending by the fire in a cosy pub, a five-star home-away-from-home with a hot tub overlooking a serene lake or a relaxing base from which to explore the Cheltenham Festivals: Welcome. We’re here to help.

We believe we have a certain level of expertise in holidays around the Water Park. Having developed our business here over a 10 year period, we know the Water Park and we know how to provide great service. We clean, launder and maintain all of our properties and do not use third parties to help us.
You can check in and check out of any of our properties on any day of the week and most allow bookings from 2 nights upwards.Many of our competitors work around long weekends and midweek breaks.
We offer a huge variety of accommodation to suit every pocket including corporate accommodation. Our properties range from glamping pods to farms capable of accommodating your extended family.
