It is situated centrally for visiting many of the delights that the Cotswolds has to offer being just under an hour from Oxford, Bath, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Warwick. Waters Edge Lake is a stunning collection of contemporary-styled, luxury holiday homes in the Cotswold Water Park. These architecturally inspired lakeside holiday homes have stunning views over the 28-acre lake. Each property benefits from a large decking area, giving you the illusion of being suspended over the water’s edge. Waters Edge is ideally situated in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park, England’s most significant wetlands nature reserve, only 5 miles from Cirencester and just 90 minutes from London.
Each property is extremely well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The spacious living/kitchen/dining areas make the property an excellent option for group holiday bookings, family gatherings, or a short break with friends. Each bedroom is large with luxurious en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom also benefits from a private lakeside balcony with seating.
Waters Edge is within walking distance to the picturesque village of South Cerney and Cerney Wick, home to some fabulous country pubs, local amenities and country charm. Enjoy water sports, fishing, walking and nature trails throughout the immediate area, or sit back, relax and enjoy the hot tub whilst enjoying the view over the lake.

Beauty and Holistic Therapies We have a long association with Beth at Beauty and Holistic therapies, mostly because Jo tends to make use of her services on a regular basis, ensuring that the appropriate standards are maintained for guests (she says!). After a near 10 year association we can certainly recommend Beth. The difference with Beth is that she will visit our homes and provide the treatment in the lodges – great for a girls weekend! Our homes are booking up fast for the actual festive period and for New Year but there is plenty of availability around Christmas still and plenty going on in the Cotswolds around that time! The Cotswolds is a beautiful area of England known for its rolling hills, honey-colored villages, and historic castles. During the Christmas season, the Cotswolds are transformed into a winter wonderland with its many Christmas light trails. Here are a few of the best light trails to visit in the Cotswolds in 2023: Spectacle of Light at Sudeley Castle from 24 November to 30 December 2023. This magical after-dark experience takes you on a trail through the castle grounds, where you’ll see over 1 million lights, as well as illuminated characters from the Wizard of Oz. Enchanted Christmas at Westonbirt Arboretum from 24 November to 21 December 2023. This festive light trail is set among the beautiful trees of the arboretum, and features over 750,000 lights, as well as a variety of Christmas activities, such as ice skating and a Santa’s grotto. Blenheim Palace Illuminated Light Trail from 18 November 2023 to 2 January 2024. This stunning light show takes you on a journey through the history of the palace, and features over 100,000 lights, as well as projections and music.
