Ardross Lodge
Ardross Lodge is a contemporary-styled, luxury holiday home on Cotswold Water Park near Cirencester. It is situated centrally for visiting many delights the Cotswolds offers, just under an hour from Oxford, Bath, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Warwick.

The architecturally inspired lakeside holiday home has stunning views over the 28-acre lake. The property benefits from a large decking area with a private hot tub that gives the illusion of being suspended over the water’s edge.
- Large main bedroom with super king bed and ensuite
- Ground floor bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite wetroom
- Third bedroom with flexible sleeping as either two singles or one super king
- Fourth bedroom with flexible sleeping as either two singles or one super king
- Air conditioning in the ground floor areas.
- 45” Smart TV with basic Sky package, Netflix plus more

Ardross Lodge is located on Waters Edge lake and overlooks a small lagoon off the main lake. The house is beautifully decorated throughout and is one of the 4 bedded properties on the lake, easily accommodating up to 8 adults. There is external seating on the decking for for relaxing and also for al fresco dinners in the evening.

Wickwater Woods
Wickwater Woods Wickwater woods is located on Wickwater lane and is a 3 acre secure area with a 6 foot fence running around the boundary. This is a great place to let your dogs off the lead to run around and is just a short (walking) distance from our lodges on Waters Edge. You need to book in advance to make sure that you are able to get the slot you need – check their website for details and how to book

Lakeside Brasserie
Our menu offers a selection of dishes using locally sourced produce wherever possible. Favourites include spicy sizzling fajitas, traditional wood fired Italian pizzas, handmade salads, plus our fantastic Jesse Smith’s burgers with a variety of toppings!

House Rules
We try to flexible and not to put too many constraints on our guests but we are also committed to looking after our homes.
We welcome up to 2 pets in Ardross Lodge but talk to us about your plans. Always let us know if you plan to bring pets (there is a small charge per pet) as we need to factor it into our cleans. We do not allow pets into the bedrooms and particularly onto beds. We recognise that keeping pets off the furniture is a challenge so you will find throws available to use please
No parties, hen nights or stag nights – this really isn’t the place for loud parties as many of the homes on this lake are occupied by year round residents. Unfortunately due to a number of past experiences we do not allow all male occupancy of our homes. Sorry guys!
And that’s really it – tell us about breakages so that we can replace where necessary. Larger damage and specialist cleaning we will need to discuss with you if necessary.
We just ask that you treat our home with respect and that you consider our neighbours when you are on the decking in particular as sound does travel a lot further over water.
