Grebe Lodge
Grebe Lodge is a contemporary-styled, luxury holiday home on Cotswold Water Park near to Cirencester. It is situated centrally for visiting many of the delights that the Cotswolds has to offer being just under an hour from Oxford, Bath, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Warwick. The architecturally inspired, lakeside holiday home has stunning views over the 28-acre lake and the property benefits from a large decking area with private hot tub giving the illusion of being suspended over the water’s edge.

Whether you are a family looking for some quality time together or a group of friends needing a base to explore the Cotswolds then we are sure that Grebe Lodge will be the perfect option for you.

Wickwater Woods Wickwater woods is located on Wickwater lane and is a 3 acre secure area with a 6 foot fence running around the boundary. This is a great place to let your dogs off the lead to run around and is just a short (walking) distance from our lodges on Waters Edge. You need to book in advance to make sure that you are able to get the slot you need – check their website for details and how to book

Cotswold Range Located in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park between Swindon and Cirencester and about 4 miles in a straight line down the Spine Road. The Cotswold Range opened in 2016 and offers instructed Archery and Air Rifle sessions. They use 10 metre shooting lanes which are built with fun in mind, providing you with the perfect introduction to these sports. From beginners to the experienced, we guarantee that you won’t have tried our games before and we can match our games to a wide range of abilities. House Rules
We try to flexible and not to put too many constraints on our guests but we are also committed to looking after our homes.
We welcome up to 2 pets in Grebe Lodge but talk to us about your plans. Always let us know if you plan to bring pets (there is a small charge per pet) as we need to factor it into our cleans. We do not allow pets into the bedrooms and particularly onto beds. We recognise that keeping pets off the furniture is a challenge so you will find throws available to use please
No parties, hen nights or stag nights – this really isn’t the place for loud parties as many of the homes on this lake are occupied by year round residents. Unfortunately due to a number of past experiences we do not allow all male occupancy of our homes. Sorry guys!
And that’s really it – tell us about breakages so that we can replace where necessary. Larger damage and specialist cleaning we will need to discuss with you if necessary.
We just ask that you treat our home with respect and that you consider our neighbours when you are on the decking in particular as sound does travel a lot further over water.
