Another Great Stay

Another great stay, this time we took friends and they loved it just as much as we do. Lovely house in a beautiful location, we love the hot tub! Lovely walks, very peaceful. Very clean and everything you need is supplied. We will be returning.

Fantastic House!

Fantastic house – everything had been so well thought about. When we walked in it was warm, the Christmas tree lights were on and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Lucy the cleaner was fantastic.

Another fabulous stay in Windrush Lodge. Our 2nd visit. Love the personal touches of Prosecco, fresh flowers and cake on arrival. Comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchen and fab hot tub!

Great night out in Cirencester. Lovely bars. We used Cirencester radio cars and Home James taxis which were very good.

The Red Lion, in Castle Eaton is also fantastic for Sunday lunches. Beautiful fresh food. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Three Nights

We have just had the most amazing 3 nights in this beautiful home, it is set in a perfect location if you want to explore the Cotswolds. The house is superb it’s home from home with all the little added touches such as the use of sky package, Alexa and lots of board games to keep everyone entertained. It is more than well equipped there is absolutely nothing that you need it’s all provided. The 360 view is just fantastic, I didn’t mind standing at the kitchen sink for a change

Tips for other travellers
Whilst staying here we ventured into the local town of South Cerney, we walked through the complex and it bought us straight there, we found 3 local pubs The Eliot arms, The George and the Royal, we popped in the Eliot and was met with a warm and friendly smile. We also on our travels through the village found an Indian takeaway which we tried and we found the food very good. We also popped into the boathouse opposite the complex but found this extortionate and with no atmosphere. Cheltenham was a lovely town and we also went to lower slaughter which was my favourite, popped into the slaughters inn for lunch great food

We booked paddle boarding on one of the lakes and went to the Beach to do the inflatables.
Also had a great walk in the afternoon round a few of the lakes and paths.

No.15 Windrush was the perfect afternoon sun trap if you are as lucky as we were with the weather.
