The impact of Covid-19 is unprecedented. You must notify us of your need to cancel due to Covid-19 as early as possible and at the latest, 24 hours before your scheduled departure from home. You must provide us with appropriate written evidence of the reason for your cancellation.
Your travel insurance may cover the cost of your lost holiday and we will ask you to contact your insurer in the first instance. If this is not allowable or you do not have travel insurance, the following will apply:
If we are closed due to a ‘national lockdown’ due to Covid-19, you will receive a full refund less £35 admin fee (or you can choose to reschedule your dates or receive a Future Stay Credit if you are undecided on new dates).
If where you are located means you are unable to travel, or if you are travelling with people who are unable to travel, but we are open and accepting guests, we will refund if we resell the holiday to the value of your stay or whatever value we manage to sell the stay for, or we would be happy to reschedule your stay with us or provide a Future Stay Credit.
